Exciting Opportunity: Director of Training and Development Location: Dallas, TX (must be based here) CORY is hiring a Director of Training and Development who is passionate and driven about training teams and driving operational performance, ready to innovate and make a real impact every day. About Our Client: Our client is more than a workplace; they’re a dynamic community of innovators. Your Responsibilities as a Leader: Design and execute a holistic learning and development strategy that supports the organization's objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives for the company's multifamily properties. Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultations with leadership. Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Spearhead new hire orientation, integrating company policies, culture, and available resources. Effectively administer the learning and development budget. Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance retention, engagement, and career development. Develop and oversee a structured mentor training program to foster leadership, enhance retention, and strengthen operational performance. The Skills & Experience You Possess: A minimum of 5-7 years in multifamily, with specific training and development experience. Experience overseeing training and development on a national scale. Ability to travel within the assigned territory - up to 20%. Must have experience in multifamily property management.
