Description This position is central to the overall flow of the department of environmental services, and functions in a dispatch capacity. Provides clerical support while interacting with all levels within the organization. Serves as a departmental service ambassador by acknowledging, greeting and assisting staff, customers and vendors to access services in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.02 - $20.59 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

High School or GED

Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.

Intermediate computer skills preferred.

Has the ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel and Word.

Can type at least 25 wpm.

Has the ability to communicate effectively in the English language.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with strong customer service skills.

Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year
