Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or ABA Therapists
Train and support families and caregivers in behavior support strategies
Monitor progress, analyze data, and revise programming as needed
Prepare progress reports for funding sources, schools, or medical providers
Collaborate with school teams, clinical staff, or insurance companies
Ensure services are delivered according to ethical and professional standards
Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – required
State-specific licensure (e.g., LABA in Massachusetts) – as applicable
1+ years of experience working in ABA (more for leadership roles)
Valid driver’s license (for in-home or community-based roles)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
