Labor Relations Officer / Labor Relations Manager II position with the Employment Development Department (EDD). Hybrid work schedule may be available at the department's discretion. Location: Sacramento, CA (751 N St, Sacramento, CA 95814). Base pay range

$9,572.00 - $10,867.00 Responsibilities

Lead the Labor Relations Section under the general direction of the Chief, Human Resource Services Division. Supervise a team representing one of the department\'s largest employee-employer relations groups. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, help others excel and grow, and serve the Department in this role. EDD staffing ranges from 8,000 to 12,000 employees across multiple bargaining units and classifications.
