Overview
Labor Relations Officer / Labor Relations Manager II position with the Employment Development Department (EDD). Hybrid work schedule may be available at the department's discretion. Location: Sacramento, CA (751 N St, Sacramento, CA 95814). Base pay range
$9,572.00 - $10,867.00 Responsibilities
Lead the Labor Relations Section under the general direction of the Chief, Human Resource Services Division. Supervise a team representing one of the department\'s largest employee-employer relations groups. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, help others excel and grow, and serve the Department in this role. EDD staffing ranges from 8,000 to 12,000 employees across multiple bargaining units and classifications. The position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with telework at the department\'s discretion and subject to business needs. Qualifications and requirements
