Job title: Political Campaign Director (Onsite only)

Starting from $4,000 per month Role : We are seeking a motivated and strategic
Political Campaign Director
to oversee and drive all aspects of a local political campaign. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to execute results-driven strategies in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement overall campaign strategy, goals, and timelines Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed Analyze voter data and polling insights to optimize performance Recruit, train, and manage campaign staff, interns, and volunteers Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across the team Foster a collaborative and high-energy campaign culture Voter Outreach & Engagement Plan and execute canvassing, phone banking, and community engagement programs Build relationships with local community leaders and organizations Oversee grassroots efforts to maximize voter reach and turnout Communications & Media Manage campaign messaging, press releases, and media relations Oversee social media strategy and online presence Coordinate public appearances, debates, and press events Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet campaign goals Build and maintain donor relationships Manage campaign finances and ensure proper budget allocation Compliance & Reporting Ensure campaign activities comply with local, state, and federal election laws Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports Qualifications Proven experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or related fields Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with campaign tools (voter databases, CRM systems) and MS Office Suite Solid knowledge of campaign finance and compliance regulations Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as campaign demands require Seniority level
