Lead event services team by coaching, providing direction, and may include training. Ensure the function space is visually appealing and present the menu offerings for the event, including linen and table settings, and beverage service as applicable. Coordinate food station design and other event details as part of banquet execution. Perform general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintain a sanitary environment. Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service. Able to work a variety of shifts. Details
