Working as a
Director of Dining Services , you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a public school-managed food service account for the Asheville, NC public schools system. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure that the food offered to students and faculty is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients and other departments Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Utilize culinary management skills in implementing new culinary programs Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Hospitality, Culinary, Food Service, or General Business-related subject as part of the USDA National School Lunch Program Three to five years of food service operation experience High volume production and catering experience is essential Previous experience managing a budget Desire to learn and grow with a top notch food service company Apply to Chartwells Schools today!
