candidate will have experience in culinary, sanitation, and administrative tasks. Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills. Responsibilities
Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations. Oversee inventory and ordering for the department. Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process. Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS. Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment. Performs other job-related duties. Qualifications
