The teaching-centered position carries a standard 21 credit hours per academic year, typically arranged as 34 or 43 across the fall and spring semesters. Contingent upon documented external engagement activities and programmatic needs, a workload reduction to 33 may be available. Primary teaching responsibilities will include courses in commercial banking, loan underwriting and credit analysis, and risk management. The ideal candidate will incorporate case studies, simulations, and real-world banking insights into instruction. Maintaining strong industry relationships is essential to support experiential learning opportunities, guest lectures, and career placement initiatives. Advising and mentoring students pursuing careers in banking and financial services. Supporting finance-related student organizations and case competitions. Representing the program at college and industry events. Promoting the program's visibility and reputation at local and national levels. Qualifications
