Master Degree . Responsibilities

Provide database development and analytical support for assigned projects. Assist in the implementation of applicable computer software needs. Ensure data integrity and quality control of American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) databases. Create, maintain, and enhance application data requirements, integrations, and business intelligence (BI) solutions. Conduct data analysis for tasks assigned to meet deadlines of AAP projects. Assist in the development and implementation of conversion strategies and programs for relevant projects. Create and modify stored procedures and queries as needed. Assist in managing AAP data and perform system analysis to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity. Expand reporting capabilities to service AAP staff through BI technologies. Provide technical assistance to users with business applications and BI implementations; escalate advanced questions as appropriate. Provide timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects. Participate in collective ownership to ensure data security and performance. Embrace and practice agile Scrum principles as defined by the team. Maintain documentation and details on project work. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience required. At least two years of SQL database reporting, support, or development in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 through 2019 required. Experience with relational databases and data analysis; extensive knowledge of Transact-SQL (TSQL). Experience with one of the following or equivalent technologies: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and/or Power BI modeling and development. Knowledge of object-oriented programming C#, .NET, Python; Azure data fundamentals a plus. Essential Skills

Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, customer service, and oral/written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., WebEx, Teams). Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Ability to learn and grow; capable of working with databases in a .NET web application environment and learning other programming languages. Familiarity with CRM or AMS platforms such as netForum is a plus. Ability to work well within a team; some weekend work may be required. Work Arrangement
