The Director of EHSS will lead and oversee all Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability programs across the TriMas global manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for establishing and implementing strategies that ensure regulatory compliance, safeguard the health and safety of employees, minimize environmental impact, and promote sustainable practices. While the scope includes all aspects of EHSS, particular emphasis will be placed on driving world-class safety performance across 37 facilities in 13 countries. This individual will partner with executive leadership, regional site leaders, and functional teams to build a culture of safety and sustainability that aligns with our corporate values and supports operational excellence. This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Bloomfield Hills, MI location. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
