Creative Food Group Our flagship Officina is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria. Officina brings the best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof with a three-story space including an all-day cafe, curated marketplace, casual trattoria, Amaro Library, private event spaces, and year-round rooftop. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality service Court of Master Sommeliers’ Certification or higher preferred Advanced knowledge of Italian wines and regions Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and POS system(s) What We Expect From You Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Officina; willingness to work and learn in a team environment A passion for food services Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team Strive to present the best products Contribute to weekly staff education meetings Key Responsibilities Oversee and assist the entire front-of-house team with all aspects of service Work closely with Beverage Director Recommend and navigate an extensive wine list with over 150 Italian and French selections Assist with monthly inventory Assist with daily ordering, restocking, and organizing the wine cellar Promote and execute monthly wine dinners and educational events for the public Work the floor during service, ensuring guest satisfaction and assisting with wine selections and pairings Consistently achieve wine sales targets Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to lift over 50lbs occasionally All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided) Creative Food Group strives to cultivate an inclusive work environment and is proud to celebrate diversity.
