Commercial Regional Account Manager – Facility Services (Bay Area, CA)

Base Salary:
$100K–$140K + bonus, $800 car allowance & toll coverage Location: Hybrid- Redwood City, CA Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Regional Account Manager (RAM) to oversee a portfolio of large commercial accounts across the Bay Area. This role is focused on client retention, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships rather than new business hunting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate or property management, proven success managing major accounts, and the ability to resolve escalations effectively. The RAM will serve as the key liaison between clients and operations, ensuring service excellence, renewal success, and account growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of large commercial accounts across the Bay Area. Lead retention strategies to secure contract renewals and strengthen client partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, handling escalations and ensuring seamless resolution. Collaborate with operations to deliver high-quality facility services. Drive incremental revenue growth through expansion opportunities. Represent the company in industry associations (BOMA, IFMA, IREM, CREW) to enhance visibility and credibility. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience. Minimum 4 years of major account management experience. At least 2 years in facility services, janitorial, property management, or related industries. Strong background in commercial real estate/property management. Proven success with client retention and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications Combined background in both operations and sales. Active participation in industry associations such as BOMA, IFMA, IREM, or CREW. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Why Join Our Team? High Earning Potential
