Overview
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will provide exceptional sales leadership for a designated portfolio of strategic accounts. This role demands a dynamic leader with a strong background in commercial or property management, capable of driving growth and building robust client relationships. The RAM will lead calls, engage frequently with current clients, and demonstrate strong business acumen while expanding portfolios. Pay:
Base - $86,240 - $123,200 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Sales Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for large-scale facility service initiatives, including janitorial services, the ABM EnhancedClean Program, facility services engineering, and parking management. Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key ABM and client personnel within the assigned industry group and strategic accounts. Growth Strategies:
Identify, plan, and execute growth strategies and tactics to expand service offerings and enhance client satisfaction. Cross-selling:
Promote and cross-sell additional facility services to maximize client value and drive revenue growth. Quality Assurance:
Ensure the highest standards of program quality and implementation of contract terms. Financial Management:
Oversee financial performance, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, accounts receivable (A/R) activities, and work order management. Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Client Presentations:
Deliver dynamic presentations and updates to clients, showcasing progress and strategic initiatives. Essential Functions
Establish productive relationships with key ABM and client personnel. Partner, consult, and communicate effectively with key customer management and internal stakeholders. Identify, plan, and execute growth strategies and tactics. Support change and transition activities, monitoring rollout schedules, targets, and plans. Ensure effective utilization of standardization programs. Coordinate billing, reporting, and accounting requirements in line with ABM standards. Monitor P&L statements for accuracy and optimal financial performance. Oversee accounts receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Uphold contract terms and requirements for both the Customer and ABM. Resolve issues through effective work order management. Present information to clients during key meetings and reviews. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Experience:
8+ years of relevant professional experience. Minimum of 4 years of major account experience. Minimum of 2 years in the services sector. Skills:
Strong commercial or property management background. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all levels, including executive. About Us
