Patient Services Specialist

positions open with our client in the following FL locations: Melbourne, Rockledge, Malabar, Palm Bay & Cocoa Beach.

These are onsite, contract roles for three months.

Responsibilities

Perform patient check in and out processes Coordinate and schedule patient appointments Verify patient insurance coverage Collect co-pay and payment information Respond to patient phone calls, providing information and assistance Education/Experience

High school diploma plus two years of medical office experience required

Knowledge/Skills

Proficiency in EPIC required Strong attention to detail Effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills Work Hours/Pay Rate
