LHH Recruitment Solutions has a

Patient

Service Representative/Bilingual

position open with our client in Orlando.

This is an onsite, contract to hire position.

Responsibilities

Perform updates to patient accounts in database (high volume data entry) Will also create cases and accounts for patients Education/Experience

High school diploma plus two years of customer service/call center experience required (prior specialty pharmacy or healthcare experience highly preferred)

Knowledge/Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish and experience using

databases/CRM

required Proficiency in MS Office Strong attention to detail/accuracy & excellent at multi-tasking Effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance is a plus Work Hours/Pay Rate

Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week (10 AM -7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM)

$20-22/hr.
