Act as liaison between the Project Manager, Superintendent, and technical disciplines. Assist with daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and interpretation of drawings. Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, post-approval documents, shop drawings, and permits. Develop and maintain logs for submittals, procurement, RFIs, change orders, and materials. Support project scheduling: CPM updates, 3-Week Look Ahead schedules, and baseline tracking. Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout documentation. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, daily reports, and project photos. Support site operations including material deliveries, temporary facilities, dust control, SWPPP, and utility investigations (USA, GPR). Coordinate with subcontractors to review costs, approvals, and compliance with plans and specifications. Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; candidates without a degree must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant construction management experience. Foundational knowledge of construction principles, practices, and project delivery systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline, or BidMatrix is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
