Responsibilities
Developing machine learning models or agentic workflows to drive efficiency, improve decision making, and reduce costs Providing key reporting and analytics support, reviewing business performance, and driving planning and forecasting efforts Improving financial management systems and information, contributing to process improvement or savings initiatives, and participating in finance projects What We’re Looking For
Candidates with strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills; enthusiastic about the insurance industry A diverse background of experience and culture with a global perspective and a record of successful teamwork Preferred
One or more years of internship experience Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills Organized, resourceful and capable of working with ambiguity Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn new skills and work across different business areas Majors related to Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, AI, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Actuarial Science Experience with SQL or Snowflake Required
Desire to learn about and engage with various roles in a life and retirement insurance company Minimum 3.2 GPA (unofficial transcript required upon application) Bachelor’s degree expected no later than June 2026 Ability to work 40 hours per week; 2-3 days in the office per week Experience with Python Location
Corebridge analyst positions are available in Houston, TX; Woodland Hills, CA; and Jersey City, NJ. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range for New Jersey and California: $62,000 - $80,000. Eligible for a bonus under the applicable incentive plan. Comprehensive benefits are available and described on our site. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
