An industry leading American bank is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a growing financial technology team in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time role where you’ll be working with Java on the backend and React on the frontend to build next- wealth management software. Lead and mentor engineers, owning components of the SDLC and software architecture for wealth management applications. Collaborate with product, design, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Develop backend services in Java (Spring Boot or similar) and frontend in React.js. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions. What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown 60% Java 40% React.js Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot or similar). Solid experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices. Proven track record leading projects and/or mentoring engineers. Desired Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of software design principles, SDLC, and best practices. Experience working with APIs, microservices, and relational databases. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. The Offer
