looking to step into a challenging, client-facing role? This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider that has been delivering advanced cloud, security, and infrastructure solutions for decades. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, fully remote environment while supporting a diverse client base across industries.
What You’ll Do
Provide escalation-level support for complex server, systems, and networking issues in a fast-paced MSP environment
Troubleshoot and resolve problems across Azure, M365, Windows Server 2022, and authentication/directory services
Manage and support Azure Entra ID, Intune, and VDI environments
Handle advanced change requests for firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN setups
Configure and maintain VMware/Hyper-V environments, SonicWall/Dell firewalls, and Dell/Aruba/NetGear switches
Document client environments, implement best practices, and recommend infrastructure improvements
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and operating at peak efficiency

MSP experience —supporting multiple environments, juggling priorities, and working independently on escalated tickets
Strong technical foundation with Windows Server, Azure, and M365
Hands-on skills with networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V)
Logical, methodical problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable in situations where you may be asked to explain or demonstrate knowledge—whether it’s networking concepts, Windows infrastructure, or best practices for security and account control
If you can confidently discuss how core IT concepts apply in real-world scenarios—like explaining when to use certain protocols, why file permissions matter, or how to design resilient networks—you’ll thrive here.
