Summary of This Role

Develops, configures, documents, and maintains information security solutions. Strong operation skills with supporting Linux and Windows operating systems.

Strong experience in IAM development focused on Sailpoint IIQ.

Java, Node.js development experience in GCP platform.

Experience working with Git repositories and build automation tools like Jenkins.

Experience working with Sailpoint IIQ.

Experience with task automation scripting using PowerShell or similar languages.

Experience working with Identity and Access Management implementations.

Experience related to identity management or UI development in cloud is preferred.

Experience working with ADFS services.

Experience working with IAM tools including PING Federate, PING Access, Active Directory and LDAPS.

What Part Will You Play?

Supporting all Sailpoint operation tasks.

Troubleshooting all operational related issues/tasks.

Support 24x7 support of Sailpoint Application.

Installation and supporting ADFS services.

Come with automation solutions using Shell Script, Python and Windows PowerShell scripts.

Install tools to securely address each level within the security framework for moderate to highly complex projects.

Provide advice on new security technologies and trends while validating corporate conformance to industry standards using set analysis criteria.

Investigate intrusion incidents, conduct forensic investigations for moderate to highly complex projects and provide incident responses.

Deliver secure solutions and/or secure remediation solutions for moderate to highly complex projects to the enterprise with strong technical application.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree.

Relevant experience or degree in information security or computer science preferred; other majors will be considered.

Typically minimum 4 years relevant experience.

Experience defining, implementing, and maintaining corporate security policy along with standards and procedures. Knowledge of IAM tools like Sailpoint IIQ, IDN, Eintra ID, Azure AD and CyberArk.

One or more of the following: Sailpoint Security.

What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?

This role will be focused on automating the application integrations for IGA (SailPoint).

This role will be part of the team integrating applications into Identity Governance System under Global Payments umbrella.

Will assist in SailPoint operational support with onboarding of new applications in GCP.

Will work on automating daily tasks using SailPoint APIs and share knowledge with team members.

Will create and maintain SailPoint processes and troubleshooting documentation.

Will serve as a Tier 2 troubleshooter for issues within the IGA platform.

SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2, hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Ping, IBM FIM, ADFS, OKTA, Azure IAM platforms.

Experience with Azure AD, Azure B2C, and Azure SSO.

Experience with custom policies in Azure B2C and working with XML.

Experience with user account provisioning using integrated HR systems and MS Active Directory.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information security, or information systems with 4-6 years of IAM experience; experience in Identity and Access Management environment is desired.
