Ongoing Operations & Support

Serve as the system administrator for core platforms, maintaining segregation of duties to uphold audit compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

4–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with direct involvement in integration projects.

Experience in Big 4 advisory, buy-side integration, or private equity-backed multi-entity environments preferred.

Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to link integration decisions to EBITDA growth.

Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferably Rippling), AP platforms (Ramp), and finance systems (Sage preferred).

Solid understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and multi-state compliance requirements.

Proven project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and executing multiple integration initiatives simultaneously.
