Own and optimize the finance application stack—ERP, FP&A, revenue tools, and integrations—to enable faster closes, accurate forecasting, and strong controls. Lead system implementations and drive automation across core financial processes.
Responsibilities:
System Management
Administer ERP and finance tools (AP automation, billing, expense management, payroll, FP&A, procurement)
Manage user access, workflows, approvals, and audit trails
Process & Integration
Design and document Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes with embedded controls
Lead ERP implementations and maintain integrations (Salesforce, billing systems, banks, data warehouse)
Data & Automation
Establish master-data governance and enforce standards across chart of accounts, customers, and vendors
Automate manual processes (bank reconciliation, invoice matching, amortization) and deliver financial reporting via ERP and BI tools
Compliance & Partnership
Support audit readiness: access reviews, change management, and documentation
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, and IT on systems roadmap; train users and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications:
6–10+ years in finance systems or accounting operations; one full ERP implementation required
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft D365
Familiarity with FP&A tools (Planful/Adaptive/Anaplan), billing platforms (Zuora/Stripe), AP systems (Coupa/Airbase/Tipalti), and iPaaS solutions (Workato/Celigo)
Advanced Excel; SQL and basic scripting knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of accounting processes, multi-entity operations, and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
Proven project management and communication skills
