Overview
Principal Systems Engineer - Verification Lead Onsite role at Raytheon. Location: Andover, MA. Onsite role with potential travel. U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable U.S. government-wide security clearance (Secret) are required prior to start date. What You Will Do
Lead the effort to coordinate verification of Missile subassembly requirements and prepare verification artifacts for delivery to the customer. Ensure artifacts are properly prepared and ready for customer review. Interface with the customer, including scheduling and leading review meetings and technical discussions. Support planning, design, and execution of integration and validation tests for hardware and software modifications to the Patriot Missile and/or Patriot System. Support Validation Ground Test and Flight Test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting. Prepare plans, procedures, and test cases. Develop detailed integration information sheets and detailed verification information sheets. Work with DOORS requirements database to update and maintain the Verification Cross Reference Matrix. Travel up to 10% domestically to White Sands Missile Range and Huntsville. Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix. Experience with DOORS and with system integration, test, and/or verification. Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with integration and test of radar hardware and software capabilities. Experience creating test scripts and performing performance analysis. Experience with Microsoft applications. Strong written and verbal communication, customer focus, collaboration, and multitasking skills. What We Offer
