Data Analyst
to join its growing data team. This is a hybrid role designed for professionals who enjoy collaborating with multiple departments, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities
Become the go-to expert on organizational data (attendance, marketing, web traffic, finance, and more) Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into clear data tasks Query data from a cloud-based warehouse (Snowflake) to develop accurate metrics and models Build impactful reports and visualizations using PowerBI (and similar tools) Administer reporting environments, manage access, and ensure data accuracy and quality Support the organization’s mission by delivering insights that drive strategic outcomes Qualifications
Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses a plus Experience creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and security Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders A spirit of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement Competitive salary range:
