Lead the development of innovative solutions that transform data into high-impact, customer-facing products as part of the Product Innovation Team. Work cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, engineers, data stewards, and commercial stakeholders to design and deliver scalable machine learning systems that unlock new revenue opportunities and power data-driven offerings. Demonstrate expertise across the entire ML lifecycle, including problem framing, data collection, exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment, and performance measurement. Provide technical leadership within the Data Science team and create real business value from data. Education and Work Experience Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative discipline (math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, engineering, etc.) — Required Master\'s/Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline (math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, engineering) — Preferred 4-7 years of industry experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis in an ML engineer or data scientist role building and deploying ML models, or hands-on experience developing deep learning models — Required 4-7 years of experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) — Required 2-4 years of experience with big data architecture and pipelines (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc.) — Required 4-7 years of experience translating business questions into data-driven answers using statistical techniques — Required 4-7 years of experience in data visualization — Required 4-7 years of experience working with relational databases using SQL — Required 2-4 years of experience in the telecom industry — Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Mathematics: calculus, linear algebra, statistics, probability (Required) Programming: Python and SQL (Required) Machine Learning: applying concepts for supervised and unsupervised learning (Required) Communication: strong skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams Additional Qualifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel : Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Pay and Benefits Base Pay Range: $106,000 - $191,100. Corporate Bonus Target: 15% Note: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for bonuses or incentives based on role and performance.
