Why This Role Matters
A website is often the first doorway into an organization. As our
Website Coordinator , you’ll make sure Creshendo’s online presence is accurate, accessible, and welcoming—helping more people discover our work and connect with our mission. By maintaining and improving our WordPress site, you’ll keep our digital presence aligned with campaigns and responsive to our growing community. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll maintain and update Creshendo’s WordPress website with accurate, timely content. You’ll add new pages, blog posts, and resources to support ongoing programs and campaigns. You’ll monitor plugin updates, backups, and site security. You’ll ensure the website is functional, mobile-friendly, and visually consistent with our brand. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to align website messaging with campaigns. You’ll suggest improvements based on website performance and user experience. What You Bring A mindset for creative problem-solving. You enjoy trying new things. Openness to diverse perspectives. You know the best ideas come from collaboration. Experience managing WordPress websites (Elementor or other page builders a plus). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for small edits. Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in a remote team. (Optional) Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or accessibility best practices. (Optional) Experience working with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations. What You’ll Gain The chance to directly support a mission that uplifts displaced communities.
