Volunteer | Remote | MarComms Team | 5–10 hours per week

About the Role

Creshendo is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to help shape and lead our brand voice across platforms. You’ll guide a small but passionate team working on social media, newsletters, storytelling, and outreach campaigns that highlight the voices of migrants and displaced communities.

You’ll help us grow visibility, strengthen messaging, and ensure consistency across all public-facing communications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll work under the direction of the MarComms Director to align communications with Creshendo’s strategic goals and best practices.
  • You’ll manage strategy and scheduling across content areas including website, email, and social media.
  • You’ll collaborate with program teams to translate their work into engaging, public-facing content.
  • You’ll track engagement data and adapt strategy to improve reach, resonance, and impact.

  • Are confident managing people, timelines, and digital content
  • Have strong writing and editing skills, especially for short-form content

  • Prefer clarity over chaos, consistency over perfection and action over ego

Bonus if you’ve worked with design tools (Canva, Adobe), email (ActiveCampaign), Social Media Scheduling (Metricool), and/or analytics tools (Google Analytics).
