Job Summary: Acts as a recognized technical expert in a strategic business application, technology, industry or ACI service offering. Functions as one of the highest-level individual contributors in at least one technical area. Utilizes expertise in business management practices, industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems. Complies with all applicable ACI Time and Expense reporting processes and procedures. Job Responsibilities

Interpret customer/prospect requirements for ACI CMM product implementations to create PDM requests to submit to Product Engineering for estimating and scheduling (for product enhancements or customizations). Provide estimates for Client Delivery tasks required to complete an implementation, to be included in a SOW for contracting with a customer/prospect. Advise customers/prospects on use of ACI CMM product functionality to support their implementation and avoid unnecessary customizations. Collaborate with Product Engineering to resolve questions on requirements submitted. Work with ACI Scrum Master/Client to define project plan technical tasks needed to fulfill an implementation. Identify new requests from customers/prospects that require PDM processing and/or additional technical tasks to be estimated and contracted in a Change Control or new SOW. Mentor Technical Consultants on steps needed to complete technical tasks and to grow expertise in ACI CMM products. Ensure plans, policies and procedures are understood, administered, and adhered to by staff. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and communicate issue status. Proactively communicate potential issues to customers and senior management. Perform other duties as assigned. Understand, adhere to and enforce all Corporate Policies, including the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8-10 years related experience in information technology (with a focus in ACI CMM products and/or back office processing). 5 years of management experience. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, management, or operations preferred. Knowledge of ACI CMM products (especially ACI Issuer and ACI Acquirer). Knowledge of ACI Process for submitting PDMs for Product to determine if need will be product enhancement or customization; ability to support product by answering questions on requirements. Strong communication skills to work with Customers in North America to understand business requirements and discuss possible options for supporting them. Work Environment
