The Compensation Analyst is an integral member of the Human Resources and Strategic Sales teams responsible for managing compensation incentive plans across Corporate, Sales, and Operations. The Compensation Analyst plans, develops and implements new compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with company goals and leads ongoing administration and evolution of our plans. This role works closely with internal sales analytics and finance teams and ensures compensation programs are administered in compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations. What You Will Do
Plan, design, and administer Sales, Operations, and Corporate short-term variable pay and long-term key employee equity programs that drive company performance. Partner with the Sales and Operations Analytics team to evaluate employee performance and efficiency metrics and provide recommendations for performance targets. Lead commissions payment analysis and target setting to establish employee and manager monthly commissions strategy. Direct, design, and plan compensation policies, objectives, and initiatives with a heavy emphasis on sales commission plans. Drive organization-wide projects from end to end including strategy, execution, and communication activities. Serve as subject matter expert for all compensation-related matters and maintain knowledge of current compensation market trends, regulations, and laws. Participate in developing, designing, and maintaining the job evaluation process, including salary benchmarking, creating salary ranges, and providing recommendations. Analyze internal and external market data to address compensation needs; prepare and present recommendations. Work with senior management and leaders across the organization to manage and evolve pay and rewards programs. Facilitate the annual compensation planning process and administer annual merit and bonus calculations. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation attracts key talent. Oversee compensation-related tools and identify areas for process improvement to enhance the program. Lead compensation compliance with legal and contractual requirements at federal, state, and local levels. Prepare and distribute comprehensive employee communications regarding compensation and benefits. Develop training to promote understanding of rewards strategies and processes. What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in incentive compensation and commission plan design and administration. Experience designing and administering sales commission plans. Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel and MS Office, Looker; track record of building and presenting management information. Experience building compensation and job structures, and conducting market benchmarking. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels and functions to deliver the best business solution. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent communication, influencing, partnering, and leadership skills; approachable and responsive. Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative data. Initiative, resilience, precision, and flexibility in a high-volume, time-sensitive workload. Strong understanding of HR technology systems and compensation tools. What Will Set You Apart
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Prior experience as a compensation consultant. Experience using Looker and Snowflake BI/data analytics platforms and sales commission management software (ICMs). Additional preferred credentials: CCP, CEP. Base Salary
The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus. Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD Why Join Us
