The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources and Strategic Sales teams responsible for managing compensation incentive plans across Corporate, Sales, and Operations. The role plans, develops, and implements compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and ensures ongoing administration complies with internal policies, laws, and regulations. This role collaborates with internal sales analytics and finance teams to maintain compliant compensation programs. What You Will Do

Plan, design, and administer Sales, Operations, and Corporate short‑term variable pay and long‑term employee equity programs that drive company performance. Partner with the Sales and Operations Analytics team to evaluate performance metrics and provide recommendations for targets. Lead commissions payment analysis and target setting to establish monthly commissions strategies for employees and managers. Direct, design, and plan compensation policies and initiatives with a focus on sales commission plans. Drive organization‑wide projects from strategy through execution and communication. Serve as subject matter expert for compensation matters and maintain knowledge of market trends, regulations, and laws. Participate in development and maintenance of the job evaluation process, including salary benchmarking, salary ranges, and recommendations. Analyze internal and external market data to address compensation needs; prepare and present recommendations. Collaborate with senior management to manage and evolve pay and rewards programs. Facilitate annual compensation planning and administration of merit and bonus calculations. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation attracts key talent. Oversee compensation tools and identify process improvements to enhance the program. Lead compensation compliance with legal and contractual requirements at federal, state, and local levels. Prepare and distribute comprehensive employee communications regarding compensation and benefits. Develop training to promote understanding of rewards strategies and processes. What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in incentive and commission compensation plan design and administration. Experience designing and administering sales commission plans. Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, MS Office, Looker, with experience building management presentations. Experience building compensation and job structures and conducting market benchmarking. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions. Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Excellent communication, influencing, partnering, and leadership skills; approachable and responsive. Strong analytical skills to communicate qualitative and quantitative data effectively. Initiative, resilience, precision, and flexibility in time‑sensitive projects. Understanding of HR Technology Systems and Compensation Tools. What Will Set You Apart

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience as a compensation consultant. Experience using Looker and Snowflake BI platforms, and sales commission management software (ICMs). Additional credentials: CCP, CEP. Salary

The base annual salary range is listed below. This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus. Base Salary Range: $100,000—$125,000 USD Why Join Us?
