Company Overview Rapidly growing real estate development and investment company specializing in the development of multifamily market rate and workforce housing in South Florida. Overall Summary The Asset Manager is responsible for the long-term performance and stewardship of the firm’s portfolio of market rate and workforce housing developments, including assets in the lease-up phase as well as stabilized existing assets. The Asset Manager will oversee the long-term management of the assets including financial performance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, budgeting and capital planning across the portfolio, acting as a strategic liaison between internal teams, third-party property managers, lenders, insurance carriers, and public agencies. The Asset Manager will be tasked with managing compliance audits and ensuring full compliance across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enhance the financial performance of stabilized assets through review of budgets, operating statements, and cash flow forecasts. Create marketing and leasing strategies for new deliveries. Partner with third-party property management companies to maintain high occupancy, rent collection, and resident satisfaction. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including timely reporting, rental restrictions, income qualifications, and documentation. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate physical condition, guide capital improvements, and ensure adherence to operational standards. Stay up to date on local market trends, competitive properties, rent comparisons, amenity offerings, and economic factors that impact asset performance. Serve as the main contact for lenders, investors, and public agencies, providing updates and strategic insights. Collaborate with internal teams on underwriting, refinancing, recapitalization, or asset disposition planning and execution. Knowledge Needed for Success on the Job Experience leasing and managing restricted income and market-rate multifamily assets. Familiarity with multifamily property operations, property management best practices, regulatory agreements, and leasing strategies. Knowledge of capital project planning and long-term asset maintenance. Understanding of investor and lender relations, compliance tracking, and risk management. Skills Needed for Success on the Job Ability to take ownership of the position including all compliance, operational, and leasing matters. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal. Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners. Confidence in making data-informed decisions and presenting strategic recommendations. Proficiency in Excel and industry software platforms such as Yardi, Real Page, & Entrata. Seniority level
