Role Overview
As our
Commercial Lines Team Lead , you’ll manage a high-performing team of Account Managers and CSRs, overseeing a book, specializing in sectors like real estate, private equity, and manufacturing. You’ll report directly to leadership and collaborate with operations and production across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor AMs & CSR(s), fostering accountability and professional growth Oversee production cycle: renewals, endorsements, quotes, certificates, and client service Collaborate cross-functionally across other teams Analyze metrics and portfolio performance to drive team success Maintain Applied Epic system workflows and automation standards
Candidate Profile
Experience & Credentials
5–10 years in commercial lines (P&C required) 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong technical knowledge
Soft Skills
Adaptable, community-oriented, genuinely caring Excellent communicator and collaborative team leader Comfortable with ambiguity and bouncing between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
