Student Accounts Representative

The Student Accounts Representative is responsible for providing customer support within the Student Accounts Office, performing duties with accuracy, independence, and discretion. Primary duties include managing student accounts by receipting payments and responding to student inquiries. This position is also responsible for processing financial aid refunds and overseeing official communications to students from the office. Must possess a high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. May experience seasonally high volumes. About the company
