Handle customer invoicing and post payments using

QuickBooks . Prepare weekly receivables reports for paid and unpaid invoices. Resolve payment discrepancies and follow up with customers. Collaborate with

Accounts Payable

on lien intents, releases, and reconciliations. Assist the

Controller

with accounting analyses and reporting. Qualifications

3–5 years of

accounting experience

(). 1–2 years of

accounts receivable experience

(). Proficiency in

QuickBooks

and

Microsoft Excel

(required). Familiarity with

construction accounting, mechanics lien laws, and construction web portals

(). Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Benefits
