Your day-to-day life We are looking for a
Treasury Analyst
in Chicago. Your mission will be to support liquidity management, banking relationships, treasury operations, and collaboration with the AP team to support overall financial processes.
Responsibilities The Treasury and Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for:
Assisting with liquidity management including cash reporting and forecasting, working capital analysis, bank account management and transfers, and letters of credit issuance/maintenance.
Overseeing and implementing Treasury processes/policies/procedures, coordinating with banks and internal/external stakeholders on banking system updates.
Managing corporate credit card programs, approvals, user lists, and spending reporting.
Working with AP leadership to assist with day-to-day AP activities including reporting, policy implementation, invoice management, and vendor management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities TREASURY MANAGEMENT
Maintain relationships with financial institutions; analyze and negotiate banking fees, earnings, credit rates and LCs.
Generate executive-level daily cash reports showing prior day cash activity and balances.
Assist in preparing entity-level monthly short- and long-term cash forecast models.
Execute cash movements between company bank accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Review company bank accounts to ensure appropriate setup and closures as needed.
Manage corporate credit card program with effective controls and reporting.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Support daily AP activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
Assist with payment disbursement processes and banking fail/returns concerns.
Assist with periodic outstanding check review and bank reconciliation of AP items.
Assist in providing documentation for audits and reimburse employee expense reports in compliance with policy.
Other related duties as assigned and uphold ethical standards and Code of Conduct.
Communication
Regular contact with Laboratory Directors and Division Vice Presidents to obtain information for laboratory accounts.
Coordinate with upper management on special projects and with foreign affiliates for financial documentation.
Interact with vendors, bank contacts, and external auditors during annual audits to provide information and resolve discrepancies.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $73,000 - $78,000 annual salary
