This is a full-time position to work with a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, ranging from residential to commercial projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate law and construction law, and will hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. We are seeking a full-time Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, ranging from residential to commercial projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate law, construction law, and hold a JD from an accredited law school. Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, construction contracts, and property management agreements. Providing legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including zoning laws, property taxes, and environmental regulations. Representing clients in real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Working with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure real estate transactions are compliant with applicable laws. Advising clients on potential legal risks and developing mitigation strategies. Keeping up-to-date with changes in real estate law and informing clients of any changes affecting transactions. Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on transactional work. Strong understanding of real estate law, construction law, and related areas. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to draft and review complex legal agreements. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work strategically and make sound legal decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the MD state bar (or the ability to obtain admission within a reasonable time frame). Equal Employment Opportunity
