Overview
Corporate Treasury Capital Markets - Unsecured Funding Associate. Join the Unsecured Funding team as an Associate in Treasury to manage Firm funding at Morgan Stanley. In the Finance division, we partner with business units globally by providing management, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Associate level position within the Corporate Treasury & Capital Planning Job Family, responsible for planning, managing, forecasting and optimizing capital, liquidity and funding resources; governance oversight of Treasury and Capital Planning; setting frameworks, policies and guidelines for appropriate management of these resources; managing regulatory deliverables and exams; and managing CCAR/Capital Stress Testing processes. What You’ll Do In The Role
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Deliver individual and team projects, leveraging knowledge of Treasury tools and products
Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and uphold Firm standards
Assist in funding planning and execution across the Firm's funding channels
Assist in the design and day-to-day implementation of debt issuance, related hedging strategies and funding pricing
Manage and execute ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making
Prepare and analyze data for governance committees
Provide vision and direction to tech development teams and stakeholders to deliver software solutions for unsecured funding management
Assist with program management, reporting and ad hoc governance or regulatory requests
Maintain the team's risks and controls and associated documentation (policies & procedures)
Create effective presentations for senior management forums and regulators
What You’ll Bring

Clear and concise communication; ability to adapt to various audiences

At least 2 years' relevant experience typical for this role
Strong analytical capabilities; ability to summarize complex problems clearly

Compensation and Diversity Job posting pay range: Expected base pay for the role will be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year at start, with individualized base pay determination and potential additional compensation (e.g., bonuses, incentives, and benefits) as part of total compensation.
