Base pay range

We\'re seeking someone to join our ISG Finance FP&A team as a Director.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm\'s financial and capital resources. This is a Director position within the Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you\'ll do in the role:
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm\'s values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Partner with the other FP&A groups as well as ISGF product controllers on model and data enhancements
Develop risk & control frameworks, manage governance documentation, policies, and procedures as required for quarterly/Annual CCAR
Assist in facilitating governance meetings and coordinate with Corp FP&A, Risk, and business management teams to perform governance and control related tasks
Evaluate and streamline processes and control frameworks to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal governance standards
Perform a wide variety of analyses and forecasting exercises as required
What you\'ll bring to the role:
Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members
Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field
Familiarity with CCAR / stress testing topics, a plus but not required
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks, manage expectations and complete deliverables in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail
Capability to summarize complex accounting and/or reporting results and having the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
Initiative with exceptional project management skills and sound business judgement.
Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization and VBA (Excel macros)
Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources
Proficiency in Python and R Script for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
Excellent organizational, time management and critical thinking skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills- with a balance of assertiveness and building cross-business relationships
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
