Provide executive oversight of all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting in full compliance with GAAP. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, delivering meaningful insights that shape strategic and operational decisions. Manage and assess the impact of multinational currency exchange, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting across global operations. Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize financial systems, and enhance operational performance. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team with a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA or MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience. Demonstrated expertise in multinational currency exchange and consolidated financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
