Opportunity: Leasing Consultant - San Diego, CA Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday
Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced sales and customer service professional for our 299-unit community, Vera Cortez Hill. This role offers growth opportunities in the property management industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interview prospective residents, record information, and input data into the computer.
Show model apartments, discuss features, facilities, location benefits, and lease terms.
Verify applications and lease documents, update records.
Complete lease agreements, collect deposits and fees.
Introduce residents to apartment procedures.
Foster positive resident relations to ensure high-quality living experiences.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
Yardi / CRM experience preferred.
CALP certification preferred.
High school diploma or GED; relevant experience or training.
Effective communicator and team player.
Ability to work weekends.
Salary: $19.00 - $21.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, discounts, health benefits, and more. Full-time employment (30-40 hours/week) eligible for various benefits. All positions contingent on background and drug screening.
