ASAP Pay Highlights:
$30 - 40/hour (Based on years of experience) Key Responsibilities
Partner in the facilitation of key HR activities, including talent management, compensation planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Support HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) through reporting, audits, communications, and training. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, offering HR policy guidance and operational support. Coach supervisors on employee conflicts, policy violations, and performance guidance. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance HR support delivery. Provide insights, data, and feedback on people programs and engagement initiatives. Conduct focus groups, employee engagement activities, and support positive employee relations. Maintain accurate HR data within HRIS systems; perform audits to ensure data quality. Generate and manage HR reports, including turnover and engagement trends. Support special HR projects of high complexity and impact. Serve as a resource to other HR Enablement Partners when required. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Required:
3–5 years of HR experience (internships may count), supporting HR functions and initiatives. Preferred:
Experience supporting frontline or field-based employees. Note:
