Lead all accounting and financial reporting operations across a multi-site manufacturing business Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement Ensure bill of materials is accurate Budgeting and Forecasting

Develop and manage annual budgets, providing regular forecasts to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge Compliance and Reporting

Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations Coordinate and support internal and external audits, implementing recommendations as necessary Process Improvement

Evaluate existing accounting processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, especially as it relates to ERP system updates Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate relevant advancements into daily operations Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred 10-15+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity, foundation in external audit is advantageous Experience supporting manufacturing business is required Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all organizational levels Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus *Only candidates local to Houston, TX will be considered*
