We are assisting our client to find a detail-oriented
Senior Property Accountant
to join their team in the North Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting professional who can handle day-to-day property management accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records for a portfolio of properties, including general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Process monthly journal entries, accruals, and financial statements Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank accounts and tenant ledgers, ensuring accurate records of rent collections and expenses Assist with the preparation of annual CAM reconciliations Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate accounting principles Our Client Offers
