In this role, you’ll take ownership of corporate accounting and financial operations while being a trusted partner to senior leadership. Key areas of responsibility include: Financial Leadership : Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (A/R, A/P, general ledger, billing, and more) with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Reporting & Compliance : Lead the close process and deliver timely, accurate financial reports in line with accounting standards. Maintain strong internal controls and serve as a key liaison for audits. Cash Flow & Treasury : Monitor liquidity, manage credit and banking relationships, and ensure the company is well-positioned financially. Strategic Partnerships : Work closely with joint venture partners and internal leaders to align on financial reporting, governance, and long-term objectives. Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements, system automation, and best practices that elevate the finance function. Team Development : Lead and mentor a skilled accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting CPA required. 8 to 15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and controls. A natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys driving improvement. Seniority
