We’re hiring a

Regional Asset Manager

to join our growing property management firm. You’ll develop property business plans, evaluate multi-portfolio performance nationwide, and partner with Operations to execute each asset’s strategy while improving workflows and efficiency. Asset Manager Core Responsibilities

Assist in assessing struggling properties to identify issues and necessary steps for improvement. Monitor property performance and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Develop, implement, and maintain processes for all facets of portfolio management: collections, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, coordination with Section 8, and property reporting. Technical Asset Matters: Property tax appeals/abatements/Compliance/Inspections. Asset Manager Qualifications

Multi-State Portfolio: Proven experience managing outside the tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT) with familiarity across varied state/local regulations. Experience in stabilizing troubled assets, not necessarily distressed assets, but underperforming ones. Leadership and supervisory experience with a proven ability to recruit, train, build, and supervise effective property management teams. Ability to read and analyze property-level financial statements, including P&L statements and budget variances; ability to identify areas that require improvement and to create & implement the steps necessary to achieve improved NOI. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally both verbally and in writing with colleagues, supervisors, vendors, and residents. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with Rent Manager is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $110-$130k based on experience. Eligible for year-end and performance bonuses. Access to 401k Match program. Health & dental insurance. Generous PTO policy. EEO
