Sr. Analyst, Net Revenue & Reimbursement

Assist in preparing monthly revenue models for Hospitals and Physicians. Prepare monthly analysis to evaluate accuracy of NPSR calculations. Assist in preparation of Finance and Revenue budgets as needed. Assist in long-term modeling used by Senior executives. Assist in preparing schedules for Governmental reporting in areas of cost reporting and year-end audits. Utilize decision support, patient accounting, physician database, and other systems to produce meaningful reports to aid decision-making. Perform ad hoc analysis of issues to support management inquiries and other projects and reports as requested. Identify opportunities for change and improvement, recommend, and implement accordingly. Participate and perform other Reimbursement department work-related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Master’s or CPA preferred. Minimum of four to five years of previous accounting experience. Healthcare, Net Revenue, and/or Physician practice financial accounting experience is a plus. Knowledge of preparation of financial statements and journal entries. Knowledge of Net Revenue & Accounts Receivable analysis. Knowledge of accounting systems and budget systems. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research issues and process complex transactions and procedures. Experience in translating and communicating key analyses and assumptions to senior management for decision-making. Excellent oral & written communications skills. Strong PC spreadsheet (Excel) capabilities. Work Details
