Overview
Project Finance Associate – New York We are working with a leading IB that is looking to add an Associate to its Project & Infrastructure Finance team in New York. The group focuses on the origination and execution of transactions across energy, renewables, power & utilities, and transportation, offering exposure to some of the most high-profile infrastructure financings in the market. As an Associate, you will play a key role across the full deal lifecycle – building and running complex financial models, preparing credit papers and investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting the structuring and negotiation of financing terms. You will also gain portfolio management exposure, monitoring existing assets and maintaining close dialogue with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years’ experience in project finance, leveraged finance, or structured finance, with strong modelling and credit skills and an interest in the infrastructure and energy sectors. This role offers an excellent platform to develop execution experience, work directly with senior bankers, and build a long-term career in project finance.
