Job Overview

The Revenue Integrity Director defines and carries out the strategy for maximizing gross and net revenue capture across the enterprise. The Director serves as the primary liaison between Revenue Cycle and clinical departments. The Director oversees the following functions: charge capture, revenue reconciliation, Charge Description Master (CDM), RAC, denial management and avoidable write-off prevention, and reporting and analytics. The Director will collaborate with the HIM Director to ensure proper charge related billing codes and knowledge is shared across teams to optimize reimbursement and reduce DNFB and CFB KPIs. Responsibilities and Requirements

The Director will report directly to the VP of Revenue Cycle. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience. Company and Position Details
