AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a performance-driven
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
to lead the development, continuous improvement, and execution of the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. The FP&A Manager ensures compliance with accounting standards while shaping the financial strategy and health of the organization Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and executive-level reporting. Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles across departments. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational planning. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements; implement new accounting standards as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial literacy and ensure consistent application of FP&A processes. Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors. Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Drive enhancements in financial systems, reporting tools, and process automation. Support M&A activities through valuation modeling and due diligence. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Master's degree, CPA or CMA preferred. 8+ years ofprogressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or public accounting to include supervisory responsibilities. Proven experience in consolidated financial reporting and financial modeling. Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, tax principles, and SOX compliance. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Adaptive Insights). Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights. Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct and indirect reports. High ethical standards, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Able to travel to various office locations, both domestic and internationally.
